A. Brief instruction:
Tap water →raw water vessel →booster pump →sand filter →carbon filter →water softener →security filter →two stage high pressure pump →storage vessel→750L/H one stage reverse osmosis →one stage high pressure pump→ 500 L/H two stage reverse osmosis →UV light →well water vessel →effluent water pump →well water
B. Detail instruction:
Raw water flow into the vessel, raw water pump pumped raw water into sand filter which contains quartz sands which are used to remove the suspensions, colloids, rust, impurities in water as well as some microbes (such as red worm) →carbon filter which contains high quality first class fruit shell active carbons which are used to remove the organics in water as well as oxygen, bad odor, pesticide and colloids which are not removed thoroughly by sand filter →water softener, which is used to reduce the water hardness by exchange magnesian ion and calcium ion in water through cation resin so as to remove the state of calcium and magnesium ions →security filter which installed three pieces of PP filter (length 20 inch 5µm) which are used to remove the impurities(diameter above 5µm). The above treatment of procedures is called pretreatment which ensure RO system work well and prolong the lifespan. After the process of pretreatment, the water flow into one stage RO system through one stage high pressure pump, the concentrated waste water discharged, first time purified water flow into the storage vessel, two stage high pressure pump pumped the water which in the storage vessel into the two stage RO system for second time purifying, after this, water desalination rate reach 99.9% TDS reach 3µm/cm. The well water pass by the UV light which destroy non-isolated microbes so as to enable the microbes standards of well water meet the requirement. Besides, for the sake of safety, 0.22µs mirco-filter is installed to ensure the effective control to prevent the finished water from being polluted.
