PME Multi-function Blending Reactive Mixer:

           This series mixer is specially designed for Large sized enterprises and shift production ability can reach to three times. The unit is composed of main boiler.auxiliary boiler.stainless feeding pump.bracket platform.control system. Put material in the main boiler and dissolve.blend.homogenize, and then material is input into auxiliary boiler through feeding pump to cool and append essence etc. Material can be put inside during material going out and material can go out by pump. It is suitable to electric heating working condition and main boiler is used to heat homogenizing and auxiliary boiler is used directly to cool and emulsify quickly and efficiently.

High speed disperser, might mixing and disperse viscously. Solid and liquid raw material can dissolve material which is hard to dissolve such as AES.AESA.LSA during liquid production which can save energy consumption and shorten production period. Main blender adopts stepless speed variator device and under low temperature and high viscosity condition, less air bubble will be formed; it is suitable to produce liquid washing products; it can give out material directly or matched with screw pump.
