SME-B Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

Brief Instruction:

              Inside and outside circle vacuum homogenizing emulsifying machine is newly developed by our company combined with advanced technology of American ROSS which is suitable to high viscosity material such as foundation make-up.cream and frost.toothpaste etc. Its best feature is that: it can realize both inside homogenizing and outside circle homogenizing, especially to big cubage emulsifying machine or high viscosity products, it can achieve thorough no dead angle effect through outside homogenizing.

Feature:

           1)Homogenizing motor has two speeds, low speed 1500 r/min is used in material and

           high speed 3000 r/min is used in homogenizing. Continuous working processing

           quantity is big and it can produce material circularly and homogenized and also can

           put positive pressure to produce material on main boiler which is convenient and fast; it

           is easy to operate and has better homogenizing emulsifying effect;

           2)Water circle homogenizing airproof structure of England Cran Company conquers

            common airproof leaking problem; sealing ring can not be burnt under high viscosity

            and non-material condition. CIP cleaning system is configured through outside circle

            pipe to make emulsifying machine cleaned automatically, conveniently, wholesomely

            and thoroughly.

           3)Homogenizing effect of homogenizer under inside circle working condition equals to

              homogenizing effect of SME-A type vacuum machine. Under outside circle

              homogenizing condition, material is sucked from boiler bottom, through

              homogenizer, and dispersed by homogenizerunder centrifugal effect, material enters

              emulsifying machine from top of boiler through outside circle to make material circle

              homogenizing fast, complete and no dead angle which equals to homogenizing effect

              of tube-line type emulsifying machine
